Wider Ranges of Models

One thing I'm very happy to see on my return to photography, is the wide range of models available. People are overcoming that cookie-cutter gotta-be-a-stripper image to exhibit a wider range of body sizes, heights, types, and ages.
Shorter, older, slightly built models were always hard to find. But more and more ladies are STARTING to model around age 30, when most had already quit before.
These are wonderful times (despite all the other problems that have risen <groan>
